What to Expect After Placing Your Order

1) You will receive a confirmation from an Account Executive

2) You will then receive artwork from our Art Department within 1-3 business days.

3) After approval of artwork, we will email you a sewn proof within 1-3 business days

4) One you approve the sewn proof, allow 7 business days for production

5) After this time, expect FedEx / UPS ground shipping from NY, unless otherwise specified.

*ALL EVENT DATES must be confirmed with your Account Executive in writing (on the form to the left or via email) at the time your order is placed so we can guarantee on time delivery.
